Prevent common BMW suspension failure
Does your BMW have a clunky rear-end suspension? Common failure items, like the rear shock mount exist on many models of BMW, and can cause clunky, irregular sounds from your suspension. The factory BMW mounts are too soft to withstand the rigors of aftermarket suspension or rough roads. Because of poor design and extensive abuse, stock rubber BMW rear shock mounts often deteriorate, causing the inner metal sleeve to start moving (or eventually separate from the rubber). This causes squeaking, rattling, clunking and deflection of the rear shock mount, leading to poor suspension performance and drive-ability. As the sheet metal mounting surface fatigues and becomes weak, rear shock mounts can even puncture through the sheet metal itself. NW European can inspect your suspension and install improved components. BMW replacement bushings and mounts are available, as well as heavy-duty high-performance upgrades. NW European carries reputable brand-names like Rogue Engineering and Turner Motorsports.
