A TVR in the Shop!? ::

You may or may not have even heard of the car company TVR from England, but here is a great example. This is a 1968 TVR Vixen, the car came equipped with a full fiberglass body, tubular steel frame, a ford 1.6l four cylinder engine, and all kinds of parts from other automakers. TVR would use parts from where ever they could get a good deal that day, which mean they came lots of different suspension, brake, steering, and engine components throughout the years. Surprisingly these cars are very fun to drive and get a lot of attention. This particular car came in after the owner purchased it on Ebay not running, and it also needed Brake and hydraulic clutch systems rebuilt. Sadly the frame had quite a bit of rust, but the owner wanted the repairs done still. check out more pics of the little TVR here. Vixen
