Ron Ager :: BMW technician
Ron has over 30 years experience in repairing, rebuilding, racing, and restoring European cars. He is a member of the BMW Car Club of America, BMW Motorcycle Owners Association, Sovren Vintage Racing enthusiast, and the Chuckanut Sports Car Club. He has participated in autocross and club track events and has built BMW 2002 and 3 series race cars to compete in both venues. Ron specializes in building stock to high performance BMW engines and drive trains, designing and building race suspension and fine tuning fuel injected and carbureted cars. He has owned over fifty various BMWs, Volvos, Mercedes, and Saabs and has vast knowledge in locating parts for the older European cars.
Tom Wystup :: VW / Audi / Mercedes Technician
Tom Wystup gained years of specialized automotive knowledge working as a technician at a European Auto Service center where he grew up in Keene, NH. After working as a certified Volkswagen technician at a VW dealership in New Jersey he moved to Bellingham in the summer of 2007. Tom is Volkswagen certified, with special emphasis in can-bus diagnostics and vehicle networking systems. He is NW Europeans specialist for electrical diagnosis and anything Volkswagen or Audi. Tom has owned over 25 Audi, Land Rover, Mercedes, Porsche, and VW automobiles, and is well versed in maintenance, restoration, diagnosis, and repair of many fine European cars.
Joe Wystup :: Service Advisor
Joe Wystup obtained extensive business operations and automotive experience while working as co-owner and office manager of Mobile Audio Concepts in Keene, New Hampshire. Joe’s background in electronics and networking helped Mobile Audio Concepts perform custom electronics installations and factory integration. He has owned more than 20 various European cars, ranging from an Audi Coupe GT to a modified Porsche 944. After relocating to Bellingham, WA, Joe became service advisor alongside NW European’s mechanic, and his brother; Tom.
