Northwest European Autoworks specializes in the quality service, repair, and performance upgrades of modern to vintage European vehicles; specifically, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, and certain British automobiles. The business was founded by Ron Ager and will serve the needs of Pacific Northwest European automobile owners. Ron is accompanied by Bryan Pedersen, fellow mechanic.

Your vehicle will be in the hands of a qualified and experienced staff. As a team, Ron Ager and Bryan Pedersen are able to diagnose and repair most European cars from the restored classic and vintage cars to the newest in modern technology.
Ron Ager :: BMW technician
Ron has over 30 years experience in repairing, rebuilding, racing, and restoring European cars. He is a member of the BMW Car Club of America, BMW Motorcycle Owners Association, Sovren Vintage Racing enthusiast, and the Chuckanut Sports Car Club. He has participated in autocross and club track events and has built BMW 2002 and 3 series race cars to compete in both venues. Ron specializes in building stock to high performance BMW engines and drive trains, designing and building race suspension and fine tuning fuel injected and carbureted cars. He has owned over fifty various BMWs, Volvos, Mercedes, and Saabs and has vast knowledge in locating parts for the older European cars.
Bryan Pedersen :: Mercedes technician
Bryan received his Associates Degree in Automotive Technology. He has also completed advanced courses in electrical, suspension, and emissions diagnosis and repair. Brian has custom built engines for drag and road racing, rebuilt transmissions for custom applications, and updated fuel systems with modern components for emissions and performance. He has participated in several track days in the Pacific Northwest and Arizona and participated in several off-road trips in the Arizona Desert. Brian is a Mercedes-Benz Technician and is certified in computer systems testing and repair. He also has many years of experience working on both old and new Volkswagens, including his current, highly modified Volkswagen Jetta VR6. He is very talented at electronic diagnosis and enjoys work on performance upgrades. His enthusiasm for the automotive industry drives him to seek and conquer new challenges.
Rose Ager :: book keeper
Rose Ager will manage the office and handle the book keeping; she is a current Freshman at Western Washington University and has worked extensively in operating Quickbooks. Rose will handle all the advertising operations, manage the business’s marketing strategy, keep record of all inward and outward funds, and run all shop errands.
Nick Ryser :: service writer
Nick will be in charge of all part management and sales; ordering, organizing, and selling. He attended Lake Washington Technical College and earned a certificate in motorcycle, power equipment, and marine repair. Nick will also be in charge of making appointments and estimates, answering the telephone, dealing with customers that come into the shop, and doing minor repair work. Nick has been a European car enthusiast since he could walk, and is excited to learn, and help the business grow.
